To do this, you need a wireless printer, a wireless router, a USB cable, a printer driver, and a software installation disc. Follow the steps below to get things done:

Step 1

Install the printer driver and software on the computer systems you want to connect to the printer.

Step 2

Connect the printer to a wireless network with a USB cable. Once this is done, turn on your printer.

Step 3

Click on the “Start Menu” and open the “Control Panel” window. Now click on the printer and right click on the printer icon and then click on Properties to open the printer properties window.

Step 4

After connecting the printer and computers, click “Port Tabs” and remove the check marks from the box using “Bidirectional Label Support” and click “Add Port” and click “TCP / IP” and then click on “New Port”.

The fifth step

Now “Add standard TCP / IP port” should appear. Now click the “Next” button until you are prompted to enter “Printer Name / IP Address and Port Name. In the Printer Name / IP Address entry, enter the IP address of the router you will be using. The port name is auto-filled when entering the IP address ”

Step 6

After all the entries, now click on the “Next button”. Then the computer automatically finds the printer and then waits for the program to fail, now click “Customize” in the new window and then click “Settings”. “Configure TCP / IP address monitor” should appear.

Step 7

Now check the row in the protocol settings and enter the port number. The window really seems to set the license as is. Now click on the OK button

The eighth step
